Record-setting day at Illini pro day … While most NFL personnel people were focused on the Georgia and Pittsburg pro days today, there were some noteworthy performances at the Illinois workout. In particular, WR Josh Imatorbhebhe posted what is being reported as a 46.5-inch vertical leap; for the record, that would be an all-time best ever. And if it sounds a little too good to be true, Imatorbhebhe has reportedly posted similar numbers in other settings. Imatorbhebhe, who led the Illini, who don’t throw the ball all that well, in receiving in each of the past couple of seasons, also ran the 40 in just under 4.50 seconds and posted 24 reps in the BP. G/C Kendrick Green, who like Imatorbhebhe is considered to be a mid-third day prospect, also had a good day posting 25 BP reps and running under 4.9 in the 40. CB Nate Hobbs also impressed running the 40 in 4.40 seconds and notching a 40.5-inch vertical, while LB Milo Eifler had a 4.55 40 clocking and a 38-inch vertical.
