Former LSU CB enters draft … One-time emerging LSU CB Rashard Robinson has announced he will be entering the 2016 draft. Robinson looked like a future star when he started several games for LSU in 2013, but was suspended indefinitely mid-way through the following season for undisclosed reasons and spent the 2015 season working out on his own after he failed to get re-instated. It still isn’t clear what prompted the original suspension, but Robinson was known to have had academic issues right from the time he was recruited. Assuming there was nothing more to it than that, Robinson becomes a somewhat intriguing prospect as he has prototype length – he’s 6-2, 180 – with goo speed and instincts. Meanwhile, there are also unconfirmed reports that 6-3, 280-pound Florida State junior DE Demarcus Walker has also decided to enter the draft, although an official announcement may not come until later today.
