Flurry of trades as deadline passes

By | October 30, 2018

Flurry of trades as deadline passes … It was a relatively busy trade deadline day in the NFL with as many as 5 deals involving prominent players. Green Bay was the most active team sending veteran FS Ha-Ha Clinton-Dix to Washington for a 4th round pick in 2019 and RB/WR Ty Montgomery to Baltimore for a 7th round pick in 2020. However, Houston may have made the biggest splash acquiring Pro Bowl WR Demaryius Thomas from Denver for a 4th round pick, while the two teams will also flip 7th rounders. Elsewhere, the unbeaten LA Rams acquired DE Dante Fowler from Jacksonville for a 3rd round pick in 2019 and a 2020 5th rounder, while Philadelphia acquired veteran WR Golden Tate from Detroit for a 2019 3rd rounder. With these deals, the GBN Trade Tracker has been updated.
