DE Ferrell won’t work out at Clemson pro day … Turns out that Clemson DE Clelin Ferrell won’t work after all at the Tigers’ pro day today. Ferrell reportedly has been sidelined the past couple of days with a toe injury. No word yet whether Ferrell will schedule a private pro day type workout later this month or in April. For the longest time, Ferrell was considered to be a top 5 prospect for the upcoming draft, but his stock has slipped somewhat of late because of concerns about his long speed which weren’t answered at the combine where Ferrell chose not to run.
