It is on to the final day of the 2025 draft … The second and third rounds of the 2025 draft came to a close last evening when Detroit selected former Rice WR Luke McCaffrey with the 102nd and final pick of the third round. However, as usual there won’t be much rest for NFL personnel people as teams will be burning the midnight oil again re-stacking their boards and setting priorities prior to the start of the fourth round, which gets underway at Noon ET this afternoon with Tennessee on the clock with 103rd pick. The busiest team of the third day, though, look to be Baltimore which has a league high 8 later round selections, Buffalo, Carolina, Dallas, and the LA Chargers have 7 apiece. At the other end of the spectrum, Houston currently has just one third day pick, while Minnesota and Denver have 2 each and Arizona, Chicago, Atlanta and Cincinnati each has three. Here is the updated selection order for the 2025 draft, as well as the current picks by team file.
And there are still some very good players still on the board heading into the 3rd day of the draft including QBs Kyle McCord, Quinn Ewers, Will Howard and Dillon Gabriel; RBs LeQuint Allen and Cam Skattebo; WRs Jalen Royals and Tre Harris; OTs Ozzy Trapilo, Charles Grant, and Emory Jones; OGs Tate Ratledge, Ajani Cornelius and Connor Colby; DEs David Walker, Princely Umanmielen, Saivion Jones, Josiah Stewart, Barryn Sorrell and Bradyn Swinson; DTs TJ Sanders, Aeneas Peebles, Ty Robinson, Junior Tafuna, and Omarr Norman-Lott; LBs Demetrius Knight, Danny Stutsman, Cody Simon, Barrett Carter and Smael Mondon; CBs Nohl Williams, Dorian Strong, Tommi Hill, Bilhal Kone and Zah Frazier; and safeties Jonas Sanker, Billy Bowman, Jaylen Reed and Marques Sigle.
