Chiefs, Saints head pre-season power ranking … With the start of the NFL season now just over a week away, GBN Associate Editor Pigskin Paul Guillemette has posted the second installment of his initial power rankings for the upcoming season, this one including teams ranked 1 through 16. And no surprise that the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs sit atop this year’s pre-season rankings with New Orleans, San Francisco and Pittsburgh right on their heels. Pigskin’s rankings, though, do have a couple of ‘new’ faces in the top 10 with Tennessee coming in at #6 and Tampa Bay, now lead by Tom Brady at #7. For the record, for those that didn’t see them, here are the rankings for teams 17-32 from earlier in the week.
