In normal times, the pro day at DII Charleston probably wouldn’t even merit a footnote. However, these are not normal times, and this year Charleston has a legit prospect in WR Michael Strachan, a DII All-American in 2019 when he had 78 receptions for over 1,300 yards and 19 TDs in just 11 games. Strachan certainly passed the eyeball test as he measured in at a rangy 6-5, 226 with long 34-inch arms and big (10-inch) hands. Strachan also tested reasonably well running the 40 in 4.50 with a 1.55 10-yard split. He also had a 35-inch vertical, along with times of 4.36 in the short shuttle and 6.96 in the 3-cone drill, the latter of which would have been one of the top times at the position at last year’s combine.
