Cards, Cats open full camps … Carolina and Arizona, which play in this year’s Hall of Fame game in Canton, will be the first teams to open their full camps to veterans and rookies later today. The two meet in the HOF game on Thursday, August 6th. Seattle and New England, last season’s Super Bowl finalists greet their veterans on Friday, while San Francisco and LA Rams get underway on Saturday with all other teams open their full camps on the 28th.
