Cards, Browns shuffle scout staffs … Arizona made a number of moves to fill out its scouting staff this week. In particular, Josh Scobey, who had been the Cardinals’ western regional scout the past three year, was promoted to director of college scouting, while pro scout Glen Fox was promoted to director of pro personnel. In other moves Arizona John Mancini was promoted to national scout, Zac Canty was named central regional scout, Ryan Gold was named assistant director of college scouting, while Alex Valles was named an area scout. At the same time, Cleveland has confirmed that Catherine Raiche was named Assistant G.M. and VP of Football Operations, while Jimmy Raye was named Senior Executive Advisor to the G.M. and as a Scouting Assistant. The Browns also announced the hiring of Hajriz Aliu, Cyrus Wolford and Ryan Conway as Scouting Assistants, Chris Buford as National Scout, and Shawn Heinlen as Southwest Area Scout.
