Broncos restack personnel department … Denver retooled its personnel department that was made necessary by the departure of Adam Peters, who moved to San Francisco. Tom Heckert, the Broncos’ director of pro personnel the last four seasons was promoted to senior personnel adviser, while A.J. Durso replaces Heckert; Brian Stark takes over as director of college scouting, a role last filled by Peters. Nick Schiralli, who had been a college scout was appointed Eastern regional scout, while Darren Mougey was named Western regional scout and Bryan Chesinwill be its Midwest area scout.
