Bills shuffle front office … Buffalo has confirmed that Brian Gaine, who had been listed as a senior personnel advisor with the team, has been promoted to assistant general manager replacing Joe Schoen, who left earlier this year to become the Giants’ general manager. The Bills also promoted Terrance Gray, who was also a candidate for the assistant G.M. job, from assistant director of player personnel to the director of player personnel. Buffalo also named Mike Szabo, who had been their Southeast scout, as a national college scout, while Tyler Pratt takes over the critical Southeast Region after working the West Coast the past few years. Finally, the Bills also announced that Matt Bazirgan, formerly with Houston, has been added to the personnel department as a senior personnel executive and will handle a lot of the West scouting.
