Bungles clinch 24th pick; 3 others on line today … The only pick that was formally decided after yesterday’s first two wild card games was that Cincinnati will have the 24th pick at the 2016 draft following last night’s absolutely stunning loss to Pittsburgh. Meanwhile, Houston will select no lower than 22nd after losing to Kansas City yesterday in the early AFC wild-card encounter. The Texans could still move up to the 21st pick if Washington defeats Green Bay in the late afternoon NFC wild-card game. Whatever, positions 21 thru 23 will be decided as a result of today’s games.
