Bears get conditional pick for vet DE … The consensus around the NFL is that the 0-3 Chicago Bears are the odds-on favorite to end up with the #1 pick at the 2016 draft and the Bears appear to be in full rebuild mode after trading 3-year-old veteran DE Jared Allen to Carolina for what is being reported as a conditional draft pick. So far, though, there doesn’t appear to be any public info on what round or what are the conditions.
