Argos take Okie State OT to lead off CFL draft … Toronto selected former Oklahoma State OT Shane Richards to start off tonight’s CFL draft of Canadian born players. Hamilton followed that pick by taking Waterloo G/T Jesse Gibbon with the second pick overall. Edmonton then selected Laval DE Mathieu Betts with the third pick. Betts was actually the top-rated prospect for this year’s Canadian league draft, but he dropped a couple of spots as he is getting a tryout with the Chicago Bears. Winnipeg rounded out the top 5 by taking Windsor WR Drew Desjarlais and former Tennessee DE Jonathan Kongbo with the 4th and 5th picks respectively. Here are all the picks in tonight’s CFL draft.
