A little late night Giants buzz … Not sure what to make of it, but we have picked up similar vibes from more than source that the two guy the Giants have at the top of their list (assuming Aidan Hutchinson and Travon Walker go 1-2) are Thibodeaux and Gardner with Stingley the fallback at #5 if all four other guys are gone by that point. Stingley could also be in play at #7 depending how the first pick plays out, but the Giants are concerned that some team like Minnesota, Baltimore or Philadelphia could trade up to #6 with Carolina to beat them to Stingley. And the two other names we have heard at least a couple of times for the 7th pick are Jermaine Johnson and (and don’t shoot me) Jameson Williams. As we noted in our regular post earlier tonight both those guys appear to be hot right now. Of course, what all that means, given our record on these things which isn’t stellar, is that the Giants will almost certainly taking two offensive linemen with their first round picks. Fortunately, we’ll know for sure in less than 24 hours. Stay tuned!!
