Pace promoted as Falcons shuffle personnel staff … Atlanta has announced several promotions in their football personnel department. Most notably, Ryan Pace, the team’s director of player personnel, was promoted to VP of football operations/player personnel. Pace joined the organization in 2022 as a senior personnel executive after serving as GM in Chicago from 2015 to 2021. At the same time,Tokunbo “Tumbo” Abanikanda was promoted to director of college scouting, while Michael Ross was named assistant director of college scouting and Hakeem Smith was named a pro scout and Nathan Ellis was promoted to scouting coordinator.In addition to the internal promotions, the Falcons have hired Harrison Ritcher as a national scout as well as Cami Pasqualoni and Kevin Weisman as scouting assistants.
