Preliminary Watch List posted … With just over 300 days to go until the 2023 draft, we have posted our annual pre-season watch list of the top prospects for next year’s draft. It wasn’t necessarily all that easy putting this year’s list together, in part because of all the transfers that occurred this off-season as a result of college football’s relaxed transfer rules, as well as the fact that eligibility years are still somewhat muddled because of the special rules implemented as a result of the pandemic.
