Wyoming QB Allen dinged in loss to Iowa … Wyoming QB Josh Allen, one of the top 4-5 prospects at the position for the 207 draft, reportedly hurt hurt his non-throwing shoulder in last Saturday’s season-opening loss at Iowa. The injury isn’t believed to be serious, but Allen likely won’t practice this week, although the team still expect him to play this coming week when the Cowboys host FCS Gardner-Webb in their home opener. As noted in an earlier report, Allen didn’t have a great game against Iowa as he threw for less than 200 yards and had a couple of picks in a 24-3 loss.
